主要任課：

《園藝産品貯藏運銷學》、《園藝植物生物技術》和《園藝産品采後處理與營銷》和《園藝産品商品學原理》等課程。

主要研究工作：

1. 果實品質調控機理研究，針對梨等果實出現的果肉木質化現象，從采前采後的調控措施入手，研究控制果實質地變化的基因及其機制，從而提高果實品質，延長其貯藏期。
2. 園藝産品采後變化及控制技術，針對梨、桃、蘋果以及多種蔬菜（青花菜、南瓜、番茄、生菜等）貯藏期間的品質變化特性，開展果蔬采後品質相關基因的功能鑒定以及果蔬貯藏加工新技術的研究。
